Giant is able to do it with celal because of turkish regulations and whatnot. Not sure how the regulations are in italy. Its likely pagnoni would never do a lf2. Just my thoughts.

I heard this from a pretty reliable source so idk about this.

The Turks are unfortunately still living under all the negative surgery stigmas about turkey. So for that reason many people will avoid celal, regardless of his expertise or giant chipping in. I do think that truely blackpilled hardmaxers wont care tho. Under giants supervision the surgery is simply way more likely to be a great success

The design is really the only thing that matters anymore. Course you want a surgeon that knows what he's doing... However, the design is going to determine how you look. I just dont think pagnoni would be able to get away with doing LF2 without his license being questioned yk.

yupp. Ive been talking to giant about a possible downgrafted bimax. I need vertical length, and a little bigonial width. LF2 would actually be my dream. Although, I am 18, I only have so much money saved, and I wanna ascend in my prime. Only thing we are waiting on right now Is $. Have about 4-5k to go before I can fully pay.
