Should i exclusively keep my online presence on org and dc to dial in for break

I’m out for winter break for a month but i keep ldar because im on my phone all day. if i use opal to restrict my time on youtube, tiktok and shit but i just go on a different browser anyways. Obviously im not gonna be on my phone 8 hours but at least im talking to humans on Discord or here if im on my phone, and i can just read high effort posts so my time isn’t wasted .
