I'm currently 5'2¾ tall (I know) and, with 5'3/5'8 parents, my endo said I can probably reach 5'7+ with proper heightmax and extra dose of luck. I was prescribed zinc, iron and vitamin D. I started HGH therapy like three days ago, and I'm going for 7,5IU daily doses (any higher than that and I'm at risk of utter financial failure).
