My ortho said i need four teeth extracted and idk if im gonna become even more recessed or atleast my jawline/side profile is gonna look a little better. How could I ascend (I’m one week hitting the gym)

ye then ask that dumbass ortho for a palatal expander and damon brace. also herbst appliance if possible. I js turned 15 liek a month ago and i had that treatment since i was 14 and i saw alot of improvement in everything
