Should i first leanmaxx or start with hydrocort nose thinning right away?

I am Fat fuck pajeet, us pajeets usually have that kind of chimp, flat fat nose.
I am already on lean maxxing, I went from 150kgs to 112kgs, then to 108kgs then to 105kgs and currently at 102.4kgs, should i start with nose thinning with topical hydrocortisone and mouth widening?
Also do suggest some methods for losing facial fat and mouth widening pls.

Start with getting lean first, in order to lose facial fat you have to reduce your overall weight
