Should i fix jaw or eyes first?

I have an overbite, but my eyes are dead lol.
I'm afraid that fixing the jaw first would bring me to not change so much and still struggle with life. But also jaw should be important.

For eyes i was thinking to do this:

also, do i have flat zygos?

a bigger skull is more masculine but it has to be in proportion to your frame and height not to look like a bobblehead, it's obviously not a deal breaker unless skull is really small.
