Should i focus on calisthenics or mma?

Ive gotten a lot skinnier since i stopped going to the gym then after a few months i started mma

Any good gym will make you do calisthenics from group wide circuit training we had to do hundreds during a session when I trained

My gym isnt that big all we do is drills and sparring

In your free time go to football field and do pull ups on the goalposts to build strength since the bar is very wide and hard to grip

also do spider push ups and lungs across the field + sprinting, thats what i would do

I have a pull up bar and dip bars what could i do at home

pull ups, dips obv

but I would focus on legs more

lunges on couch and explosive squats, pistol squats + practice high kicks for hip strength

also train neck and do plank weighted

mma is free bonesmashing the answer is obvious
