Ortho asked if I wanted 2 premolars on the bottom and 1 premolar extracted and like a dumbass I said yes. Should I continue with the extractions and if no what should I do?

I have class 3 skeletal malocclusion ( not that bad) and missing 1 of my front teeth (lost when young)Ortho asked if I wanted 2 premolars on the bottom and 1 premolar extracted and like a dumbass I said yes. Should I continue with the extractions and if no what should I do?
What should I tell my parents and ortho cause they care more about function than aestheticsDO NOT DO IT
Do you have breathing issues? If so, use it to leverage it against them. Tell them you're concerned about recession from the extractions & retraction. Premolar extraction is just a really bad camouflage solution to a problem that can be resolved in a much better way for both aesthetics and function, it's really archaic and unneeded. What should I tell my parents and ortho cause they care more about function than aesthetics

Why do they want to remove the premolars? I assume to alleviate crowding or to retract the lower arch to match the upper yes? How's your palate?
My palate is a tad bit narrow since I couldn’t do the full expander term and they want to extract them to bring the bottom back and have my smile line go back to the middleDo you have breathing issues? The jaws, primarily from the retraction after free space was created. It can happen, it's not just mewtard orthotropic conspiracy slop.recession of what?
Do whatever you feel like, just understand that there are potential risks from extraction. If you refuse most likely the ortho will cancel your treatment and you'll have to get your braces off (that's what happened to me), and now I have to go to Philly to get MSE and MMA to create space. My palate is a tad bit narrow since I couldn’t do the full expander term and they want to extract them to bring the bottom back and have my smile line go back to the middle

Is your maxilla recessed or do you have excess mandible length. If the latter, then you should be fine. Still not a good solution but aesthetically it should be okay.

I have both recession in the maxilla and excess mandible length you think it’ll come out goodThe jaws, primarily from the retraction after free space was created. It can happen, it's not just mewtard orthotropic conspiracy slop.

How big is the underbite? In my opinion I'd avoid getting the extractions and instead save up for an expander and bimax to tackle the root of the problem instead of just camouflaging it. Of course, this would be a very costly and timely endeavor and your parents would probably be very pissed so it's up to you. It's a difficult decision to make.I have both recession in the maxilla and excess mandible length you think it’ll come out good

Ask him about IPR (Inter-Proximal Reduction), maybe you could create space that way.
I just don’t want to get them and end up looking like abhorrent creatureyea get them extracted![]()
