Should I get a bimax or a 3d custom design implant ?

I have been recommended bimax many times by the users here on this forum.they all say that after looking at my lower third

I have been also told by one user to get a custom 3d jaw implant that advances the jaw and gives chin projection.should I pursue the latter option bcoz it seems less risky and my bite is normal,no overbite.

Doubt, your lower teeth are probably few mm’s behind ur upper teeth that’s why
