I'm 15 y/o and 5'3. I feel that I have the symptoms of a low level of testosterone (fatigue, lack of motivation, etc.) and I would like to know how I can increase it and what vitamins I should consume, in addition, how I can increase my height either through HGH.

Yes, you need to do everything that's possible before your window of potential growth closes

No you’re just an incel. If you were good looking you’d have 0 of those symptoms

Bone age and growth plates.
Aight. So how can I Heightmax then? I need a BLOOD test necessarily for taking HGH? Also, it's my first day doing Stretches in morning & night.

wdym w "window of potential"?
i mean that most of a persons growth is done by 15, and you have only a few years left where its possible to grow at all.

You have no time to waste or to make excuses

I'm trying to do a lot of research before I start. I've just read several threads in this forum in which they talk about how test, hGH and its close brother IGF-1 help growth and how high levels of estrogen close the growth plates. In summary, I should get a blood test to see my levels of these to find out if I have a deficiency and then yes, take hGH and if not, what should I do? It should be noted that I'm starting to stretch in the morning and at night before bed, I've increased my Calcium intake and I also plan to consume Vit-K2/D3 for bone growth, as well as not being deficient in macronutrients (especially the protein, which is what activates mTOR). Good?

If you're really deficient in somatotropin the doctors gonna give you pharma GH treatment for free (if you are deficient and he doesnt, go to a different family doctor until you find a doc who will) as far as I know. But it's unlikely you really have major problems, more likely genetics, slow puberty whatever.

How far are you on the tanner stage? Do you have facial hair?

Right on mate 👍 esp the protein. Directly correlated with height growth.

I suggest you look into the Ray Peat diet.

Try to get your protein from unaged good quality beef (ground beef from the butcher is the cheapest option, also another good option is make Oxtail soup that'll last you for a few days from Oxtail it'll have shitload of good protein and good amino-acids like Glycine because it is a Collagenous cut of meat - I can give you a good recipe), raw egg yolk w/o eggwhites, parmesan cheese from , chicken/turkey once every 2 weeks max (shit Protein source), tuna canned in water, milk if you can digest it (ideally raw), organ meats like beef liver and beef heart, lamb (prob expensive in your country), vannison, lean cuts of pork twice a week for Vitamin B1 (richest source out there) like tenderloin, maybe lactofermented products like certain high quality cheese, kefir, certain yogurts every once in a while. These are good protein, and nutrient sources in general.

Skip the D3/K2 for now, focus your money and research on food primarily. Ray Peat Forum and Raypeat.com are great places to research diet, also look into Weston A Price a bit.

On Testosterone, almost always low Testosterone without Hypogonadism is paired with low Thyroid function. Ray Peat deals with that

Sorry if I don't complete all the information, some things I don't have in my hands or I don't know. My dad is 6ft and my mom is 5ft, how can I find out my ethnicity? Yes, I have a mustache and I'm growing a bit of a beard and I think I have slow puberty, about my tanner stage I don't know either. On the food side, I was about to start calisthenics and anaerobics (also using a hand-grip to strengthen my grip which has different benefits), I weigh 43kg due to being malnourished in recent years because I got too sick I guess I know due to the same or macronutrient deficiency, so, I would like to form an aesthetic body (v taper look) for which I am going to make a caloric surplus of around 10-15% (lean bulk) and add LISS cardio to it to the deflation. I have a question about lean meats, 1g of fat equals 9g of calories, wouldn't it help me gain weight more? I think that the food would not be a complication, on the other hand of the vitamins, I was thinking of acquiring these multivitamins:

In summary, i should follow the Ray Peat?

They are both Mexican, my dad is blonde and my mom is cool/warm honey or natural tan (I don't know how to describe it properly). Two years ago they tested me for why I wasn't growing and it was because I had high levels I don't remember what in my kidneys and that affected my development, they prescribed Omega-3 and I think I've grown a few centimeters since then. I'll look for my analysis and tell you about it.

What a conveniently common make-up of traits and common problems on this site :forcedsmile::forcedsmile:
