Do slight fake tans help? Not enough to look deathnik, but enough to at least show some health

Looks fine irl, but on camera it always looks too pale, to the point where you can barely see much

I was pale over winter but I’ve laid outside shirtless for about 20mins at noonish UV index up to 9 several times and got started on a base tan without burning bad
