If you were born with it then do not get a hair transplant,

Im not an expert but I assume any invasive surgery can lead to complications later down the line, and clearly as it is right now its not getting any worse or changing at all so its not worth the risk in my opinion. Its so small I dont think anybody would ever notice it, and when I have seen other males in my life with the same pattern I just thought it was normal. Tbh I thought everybody had a tiny bald spot right in the middle in the back like that I just thought it was called your crown

They do. But small, like the area I left uncoloured on that photo
I also have that. But most of what is visible is an area of transplanted hair that was completely bald 6 years ago

Looks like hairloss from like a scar or something nobody would look at it and think you're balding

I know it doesn’t look like balding, but it’s still patch without thick, luscious hair

Wouldn't increase your looks so it would be money down the drain for a transplant.
Just try smp

It’s less about increasing looks and more about satisfying myself
I probably will try SMP, but you have to wait at least 3 months after SMP to get a transplant, and I’m probably in China from September to July next year, so won’t be able to get the transplant for another 14 months if I don’t like SMP

just som hereditary thing. not noticeable unless ur truly a 5’1” aristocrat. not transplant worthy, get pigmentation if it bothers u that much.

Up
I think I’m gonna go with SMP first. Just worried about the little dots being noticeable
