I have consulted a few surgeons about fixing my side profile but I received mixed opinions. I think my side profile looks like one with an underbite. My orthodontist did a camouflage work and extracted four teeth when I was young (smh).
One surgeon thinks he can advance and rotate
my upper jaw and set back the lower jaw to achieve more harmonious side profile. He can do the infraorbital implants to make my upper maxilla fuller as well. He think my gonial angle is a bit too high so he can also do the jaw angle implants six months after the double jaw surgery.
Another surgeon think my case is too mild to get a jaw surgery, especially considering that I have done the camouflage work. But the infraorbital implants should be fine.
Any thoughts or suggestions will be much appreciated.
