Philtrum isnt usually the cause of longer MFR and especially not FWHR. Also your philtrum looks completely fine

and yea ur upper lip is already good size so If u gonna do liplift then u have a big chance to end up looking like a fag so

I have a long philtrum aswell and i looked into it and realized lip lift on men looks gay as shit
