Should I get a liplift

No larp around here I got my genioplasty done over a month ago wondering if I should get a quick lip lift. I understand my jaw is nerfed me but I need 8-12 months of braces before I can go through with a bimax.
Until then should I consider getting a liplift for my long philtrum?

@Lookologist003 I got my orthodontist consultation like you said I’m gonna see if they can decompensate my teeth I’m just wondering if this is something I could do during the brutal wait to improve my looks a bit

Looks a bit better but makes your face more feminine and doesn't help too much with the long philtrum unfortunately. I also wouldn't get a lip lift until after bimax.

Is there anything I could do before the bimax bc the wait will be around a year or 2. Also how does it not help with a long philtrum, a liplift directly removes part of the philtrum

not sure if there is much else unless someone has other ideas.

I said it doesn't help too much not that it does nothing. Hopefully bimax can provide a better chin since thats easier to change than fixing a longer philtrum.

I had a 8mm genioplasty and my chins still recessed lol. I posted a thread on my results but im guessing im gonna have to get a genioplasty revision too when I get my bimax but who knows

just saw your post on the genio and side profile, bimax will be a big improvement and be much better than before but i don't think it will fully fix your chin/philtrum ratio.

Incase I can't get a full bimax for whatever reason, do you think a wraparound implant would be a good substitute for my jaw?

This is assuming the procedures go perfectly though and idk if a rhino like that is even possible

But there's a significant improvement to the front

It also added some sort of contrast or something to compensate for the poor photo quality

get a rhino (add some definition to that nose bridge, it ill make your ipd look slightly better), bimax, implants and maybe lip lift in case the bimax+implants dont ascend your chin. about your eyes idk yet, still researching on that topic

For my eyes I probably need an OBO bc theyre wide set. Im debating wether I should get the rhino + liplift next or the bimax next. In the case that I get a bimax I need braces to unflare my teeth for 10 months first so im leaning towards the rhino + liplift.
By adding definition to my nose bridge do you mean slimming it?

I have 9k, there is a chance it might get insurance covered. For some insane fucking reason my genioplasty got insurance covered so maybe im pushing my luck lol. If the orthodontist says I probably cant get it covered then ill put it off for later.

Yeah people on here spam bimax onto everyone even when there's little roi because low IQ greys think bimax is going to fix all of your maxilla recession therefore it will fix all of these other flaws with your face etc

I wish I could tell you, Shivwer. But I don't know enough about how lip lifts are performed and whether a lip lift should proceed or precede your bimax. Bimax also touches the nose, so I'm not sure how to advise you. Here is a task for you. See if you can find somebody on this forum or another who got a bimax after their lip lift and after their rhinoplasty. I don't know of any.

Because your alar are a bit large, a rhinoplasty seems like the most and quickest return on investment. If you fly to Turkey you could get it done quickly and cheaply. I think the type of rhinoplasty that reconstructs the alar is referred to as an "ethnic rhinoplasty."

And when review your side in the pictures that I morphed, I'm still not convinced that you'd benefit much from a bimax. Principally I think your facial depth is too little. If you do get a bimax, I can't imagine with what I've seen of your face that doctors will do much movement. I think with less movement, the change to the nose is minimal. I want to see your cephalogram. We can all give better comment if we knew. I think we need your cephalogram in higher priority than your pictures on the operating table.
