What I'd do if i were you is get leaner since that always helps, tanning skin that would make you more attractive and give ur muscles more definition, but in general I'd say ur probably above htn bordering chadlite since u have that pretty face halo most htns like @Übermogger don't

it's a risk because the bulbousity of my nose is the problem and thats the most difficult part to work on in a rhinoplasty

that being said, the infraorbital saddle implant would be a safe bet to help your eyes a bit for a more smouldering look. Maybe a lip lift but idk. Remember one small off surgery could fuck you over dude

Nah not from what ive seen. Theres a chance in an uncanny higher lower eyelid but you can go for minimal improvement like 1mm extra lower eyelid height

u should try getting fuller for the under eyes and get more lean for soft maxing. but if u ever wanna hard max your nose bridge is very wide u can get that narrowed down, i feel like it would make your face way more proportional

Not worth the risk. I remember when i got surgery for my deviated septum, there was a kid who got a nose job. The amount of pain and recovery time he went was enormous. In his situation it was worth it, best of luck!
