Nope, looks fine. You are young so just eat carnivore, raw primal, or other similar and live good lifestyle. You will turn out fine if your base is good.
If you base is bad then pharamaxxing is probably your best bet.

Looks decent. Giving a measurement would be nice, it looks like 37mm maybe which is average really. Pallete expanders don't really helpful facial development - it's mostly just greys spreading this misinformation. Even custom MARPE i've seen cases look pretty garbage despite going to good providers. The results just aren't worth the money and you won't see anything crazy after swelling goes down.

appliances are most helpful in correcting facial development, so case-by-case it could be very beneficial
