Should i get a pallete expander?

I am currently 15, and 5'9.
My maxxila is not reccessed but my zygo matic bones are not prominate enough. I think a pallete expander would be perfect and help me ascend. my jaw is perfectly wide enough, and my cheekbones are middle set rn. also taking paratropin hgh to help with devolopment.
