Should I get a Quadrangular lefort?

What do you guys think about a quadrangular lefort + bsso for my recession? It covers this region,

which is perfect for me because my zygos are laterally projected and my nasion and radix aren’t recessed with good frontal bone, but my midface is sunken in, with infras and zygos lacking forward growth. Lower third has typical recession to a normal degree.
