My lower left canine is still a baby tooth, it just never fell out. The real tooth is deep in the jaw and is horizontal. It isn't growing so no problem with pain (in the future it might be a problem tho, can't tell). I am getting braces and replacing the canine with a steel root tooth. I can choose to get a major jaw surgery and remove the deep seated tooth inside. Should I get it done? How would my looks change?
