should i get an expander, if so how?

my palate is average sized so i doubt orthodontists will prescribe me an expander
also i just came back from 5 years with braces cause literally everything was wrong
i now have metal retainers for life behid my first 4 teeth (which i think i might have to take off during expansion)

so will expanding completely reset those 5 years with braces?
is getting an expander online from a trusted source the way to go?
and lastly is there anything else i have to watch ouy for?

if u get an expander its pretty obvious ur gonna need braces again, also im pretty sure There is some nigga that sells custom made ones via online.

i know it's really easy to find online, i just don't want to go through the process of getting braces again after all this wait time.

its not gonna be the same, its going to fix much faster lol but you’re sadly still going to need braces, but remember lol, ascending isnt something thats going to be pretty during the process its more of a end result thing. Go for the pallet expander my nigga

Im not the brightest on this topic but i dont think you’d need it more than a year, i’d say max a year lol.

( again, i’ve personally never had braces and dont do a lot of research on it, so i have basically no clue on how fast or slow the process is, dont take my word for it. )
