Should I get an OBO? I need your he

Hey everyone,


I’ve been seriously thinking about getting an OBO (Orbital Bone Osteotomy) to bring my eyes a bit closer and improve my cantal tilt. I know it’s a complex procedure and not something to take lightly.





I really want to know:

• Has anyone here had experience with this surgery?
• Is it worth the risk for the aesthetic result?
• What should I consider before making a decision?

Any advice, experiences, or recommendations for clinics/surgeons would be greatly appreciated.

How shitty is your IPD? This is one of the most dangerous surgeries because it is basically impossible to find outside of shitholes for cosmetic reasons which only makes it even more dangerous. It's not like you'll die but I wouldn't risk my vision unless you were insanely cyclops or dolphin eyed.

It's very fucking hard to find anyone willing to do it unless you're legit deformed or borderline deformed

Unless your ipd is subhuman don’t do it. It’s one of the most if not the most invasive procedure you can get.

tbh even then you'll likely have to settle for something else, obviously you can consult a surgeon and assess from there but I strongly doubt you'll end up getting that exact procedure
