Should I get an upper lip lift

[Short Ugly and Brown]

My upper lip is thin in comparison to my lower lip and it makes my fwhr seem lower and my chin to philtrum ratio worse. Im working on getting arrangements for double jaw surgery but the surgeon I contacted charges around 40-50k copay and as far as I know upper lip lift costs between 1-3k on average.
