Should I get any surgeries at all

Been thinking about orbital decompression, bimax, sliding open wedge genioplasty, malar implants and jaw angle implants

depends what you want and how much you need them.

if they failo you i would get them. if you want some Halos i would get them.

if you already look decent you probably dont need them except you want to slay

Idk man, u already saw my face and rated me, but I`ve been nosepilled lately, it feels like it makes me look more ethnic than I am, and my chin is lacking even if I have a quite strong mandible

Most guys get maybe 1 surgery, max 2. i dont think that u need bimax OD.
