Should I get better contrast?

Basically, I have around 40 to 50 percent Greek genes with some Bosnian (around 15%) so I have dark blue eyes with some light brown in the middle, with dark curly hair. One of the bad things about my coloring is my eyebrows, they are wide and long but aren’t bushy/full. Another thing is my skin and under eyes, my skin is kind of red because of the antibiotics I’m on, and my under eyes are kind of black and I have those dark lines under my eyes. I have started using vitamin c but I haven’t seen much results. Also sometimes my eyes are yellowish or has red veins if the room I’m in is cold or I spent too much time on my phone. What can I do?
