Should i get Bimax CW + sliding genio for my deep bite?

Im not sure if it’s skeletal or dental, chat gpt told me it is dental.

Which i kind of doubt since my teeth don’t look that weird its just my bite being fucked.

When i was younger i always used to put my teeth ON each other, which made my lower third look like this (vertically short) and made me look sub human even though its not my natural jaw

As of now i try to fraud 24/7 which is a pain in the ass as i have to make sure my teeth aren’t in contact with each other.

I was thinking of doing Bimax CW + Sliding genio to fix my case (i have the money for it but not sure if i need jaw surgery or dental help) does anyone else have the same issue?

I will be getting xray scan’s soon aswell, ill update the thread.

Theyll cut your maxilla off your face and then use a bone graft to reattach the front side lower
Then the mandible will be rotated down to match the maxilla

It will ascend you

Yea you probably need maxilla downgraft

Then your upper teeth will show much more when you smile, talk, etc which is ideal
And your smile will be taller instead of too wide
And the entire lower third will gain height

The reason you have a deep bite is usually because of the maxilla and mandible growing improperly, not js the teeth

I have basically the exact same issue as you and that's what I've learned

Basically the maxilla is too short so the mandible comes up to meet the maxilla with excessive ccw rotation

Causing your teeth to vertically overlap

The underlying fix is to make the maxilla taller, and then just reposition the mandible to meet the maxilla so the bite is correct

Bite down how you naturally do, molars lined up normally, basically how you eat, short faced

Then open your jaw just a tiny bit while keeping lips sealed

Then push until your bottom front teeth touch your front teeth, lined up vertically

And just keep them slightly separate in that position

I think it was hard at first but after years it's just my natural posture now
