Should I get Bimax, Genio or just implants ?

I want a wider and taller lower third plus a more projected lf2 area. Obviously no one will give me a lefort 2, so I’ll probably just get filers or paranasal implants. I currently have braces for an over jet, but I didn’t get any extractions or elastics.

Your lower lip protruding out past your upper lip makes it look like you've got an underbite. Particularly in the last photo, it looks like you're jutting (not saying you are). That stood out more to me than the height of your lower third. I think bimax would be best for more width, without looking uncanny.

My orthodontist told me that this is due to the braces and it should go back to normal once I take them off. But you know how you can never trust these people. The maxilla does seem slightly recessed compared to the mandible.

I already had rhino, a version of a short scar necklift, I gymcel and roid at 195cm

Yes. btw for people that do not step on a stage in a shiny slip infront of other men, I would say there is no such thing as a bulking or cutting steroid, since you dont care about the latest little detail on how your muscle/skin looks on a given day or how much fluid you hold in whatever way. What matters more is how the compounds you take affect your hunger as a recreational lifter.

No, lip lift won't work in your case because your upper lip is already big enough. Which effectively means I don't think you can doanything about it.

Ratio seems to be 2:1. Are you sure it’s too tall ? In that case making the chin taller is ideal ?

also, maybe its not your philtrum but your nose is too vertically short or something? it's really hard to tell whats holding you back. overall gl but something vaguely offputting i just cant put my finger on it

it's like, your maxilla is slightly recessed (you can tell since the philtrum does not turn upwards very much as it goes to the lip), but your lip seal and size of upper lip has the appearance of someone who has a good forward growth. THAT or you're jutting and its causing a lip seal that does not befit your bones. but , assuming you are not jútting, i feel like if you were to get a minor lefort or something, your upper third would look so set back in comparison because your forehead is so sloped, it already looks slightly set back rn so its good you have the hair covering it.

if you were to do anything done, it would likely haev to be 2-3 very small finetuning procedures instead of 1 moderate size one

I think it may be slight recession of the lf2 or paranasal area and infra orbitals. Considering paranasal implants. Norwood is around 2 or so now which isn’t ideal obviously because I’m young but I’m going to test and confirm if I’m norwooding, and if so, start the basic treatment of topical fin plus min.

That’s why I think either implants or fillers are the best rather than a full osteotomy

I think it’s the paranasal or lf2 area that may be the issue.
