should i get blefaroplasty or canthoplasty?

i think my eyes look so weird. they have both negative canthal tilt and negative hooding. any suggestions? you can also tell me whatever

Canthoplasty, your hooding isn't that bad a blepharoplasty would be beneficial but it's fine if you leave it like this.

I hope you do know 99% of plastic surgeons don't extend the medial canthus tho
