I went to my Orthodontist and I told him that I have sleep apnea and the checked my bite and then he told me my Mandible is recessed and some thing like lower airway problem? , Then I asked him for palate expander he told me that he will give me treatment in this way

1.Lower mouth guard
2.Upper mouth guard
3. I cant remember the name but he told me that he will use some applicance to bring my Mandible forward
4. Braces
5. Palate expander (if I needed)

Should I get This treatment or not and what should I do for my forward growth and width of the face

if the Orthodontist is not a retard it will ascend you hard if you have bite problems . Just asks him if they will push back your maxilla or not . If they push it back its probably a jewish Orthodontist

Yes you should. Orthodontics can only make your face worse if you eat like a baby during them and get extractions
