yeah i just bimax for clickbait, but i do want to get bsso because i have a deep bite, short lower third, and set back lower jaw. Upper jaw is fine, so yeah no need for bimax, but lower jaw is set back. I have tons of excess sagging skin and shit submental region, probably because my jaw should be taller and pushed out a bit more. Like redundant skin thats not stretched by bone

yeah i agree in that midface is flat and weak but i feel like it would look uncanny considering that my nose doesnt project far, so the midface is kinda proportional to the nose projection kinda like chico
