Should I get buccal fat removal after rhino

I'm getting rhinoplasty next week and I wanna get buccal fat removal while I'm still here cause it's still cheap but everything I check online tells me that I should wait like 6 months before getting another surgery.

Is it really that important if it's in a different part of the face?

Also since fat dissolving injections are non surgical would they be a better option?
Although even there it says that I should wait at least a month but I'll only be in Korea until the 9th.

I'm thinking to just get fat dissolvers in my cheeks maybe. also relatively cheap here

that's correct every time you go under you do lose neurons, even if you take nootropics you will not be the same, unless if it's cerebrolysin then IDK maybe debatable if you reach the baseline

You know you can do a mini buccal fat removal they remove less it's fast af, it's better to take out less than take out more and regret it later, also if you get rid of a small portion you'll notice the change for sure and then once you get back home and are recovered you could just inject 2-3 times aqualyx

You know you can do a mini buccal fat removal they remove less it's fast af, it's better to take out less than take out more and regret it later, also if you get rid of a small portion you'll notice the change for sure and then once you get back home and are recovered you could just inject 2-3 times aqualyx

you don't have to go to the same one but you should play it safe tbh no need to be greedy, buccal fat can be reduced with other ways than surgery as you know

its only to do with anesthesia and the bloating from rhinoplasty they might make up dumb reasons asw but it could be as it might be classified as revision also dont go fully you can ask for a partial removal

You are probably right, but I remember @Evgeniy291 getting a BFR and then like 2 weeks later a rhino, but he did it in Russia (and the other way around, op wants rhino first), in there you could probably get a surgery everyday if you bring Dr.Dmitry some vodka
