For Reference i’m 6 3 and 83KG now, i tried every leanmaxx method. 15k steps you name it. But my face is full with no definition, at all.

Yes i know my IPD is cooked and i’m sub5 too but i just want to know if buccal would be worth it

Hollow cheeks are the cherry on top, not the cake, not even the icing. Fix other things first.

BFR wont fix your horrendous eye area boyo

what could i improve aside from ipd
The pic you have provided has been taken too close to the face, thus causing major lens distortion. It doesn't do you any favor (e.g. it exaggerates how wide-set your eyes are) and makes most assessments rather irrelevant.

Anyway, I would say that your bitemporal width could be improved to reduce the round, balloon-like face shape. To achieve that, you would need temporal peaks to be projected forward. Most likely with a hair transplant (if your temporal peaks are naturally receded). In the same effort, the hairline could be corrected.

Still on the topic of hair : your eyebrows are quite good. They would benefit from higher density on the inner edge (close to the glabella), so they align better with the nose bridge. Try minoxidil and microneedling.

Your eye area needs work, that's for sure. Gotta fix the canthal tilt and increase vertical aperture, to get rid of that sleepy/stoned look. Fixing IPD seems risky but would certainly improve your overall harmony.

Your nose is too wide, bulbous, and its base is set too high on the midface. The latter can't really be corrected. The former implies an alar base reduction and tip refinement.

Your lips are nice, although the lower lip to upper lip ratio is a bit off (the upper lip is disproportionately thick/tall).

Based on that heavily distorted pic, your chin is too short, it lacks downward growth to balance out the long philtrum.
Gonions lack mass, and they're not flared enough. Their angle or positioning doesn't seem optimal either, which contributes to the soft appearance of your lower third.

The size of your cheeks' fat pads may not help to achieve a more defined, chiseled look, but other structural aspects seem to exaggerate the issue and would need to be addressed for a better outcome.

Here's a morph, for the sake of it :
