Dude you could have BDD because I see no obvious or apparent asymmetry. Your symmetry is fine and won't be bringing down ur attractiveness. You are best off lowering ur bodyfat and trying to smooth ur skin out with a retinol or some laser treatments

I had to have you point out the asymmetry for me to even be able to see it. I can see what ur saying if I look at it closely but it doesn't make u look ugly because of it. Ur eyebrow doesn't look bad one is a little bit higher. You can try shavingoff a bit towards the top to even it out or just go get some botox done and have them even out ur brows its a very simple fix

Maybe use minoxidil on your eyebrows and wait for them to grow, then trim them and try to make them as symmetrical as possible

I would be careful with surgery you choose because you're thinking of getting buccal fat which is a surgery that only helps a handful of people and which will probably cause a huge looksmin later on life for even thoughs who it looks good on. Anyways though my first thought when I saw you was that somebody posted a tiktok prettyboy. I thinking fixing the eyebrow with the asymmetry and thickness would be the best course. But make sure you arent being schizo with your face., as long as you dont have to make up for shortness you should be near fine with looks

Idk my mom got the surgery years ago and she is 47 and looks amazing. I have no idea how I should fix the eyebrows assymetry

I’ve had a skinnier nose before when I was leaner. Pretty sure he’s just bloated as the rest of my face. I’m currently leaning out again and eating clean. Let’s see how it goes
