Should I get chin filler or Dao Botox first

As you can see I’m fucking recessed AND I have weird fucking perioral muscle or fat or whatever the fuck it is
I’m lean asf rn and they’re still prominent and my lips are so narrow it’s subhuman
I don’t want to get Botox for just one area because it’s a waste, whereas for filler I can do my gonions or my cheekbones too
