Do i need CCW rotation? The thing is i have my rhinoplasty scheduled for the upcoming week and I don't want to later find out that the jaw was fucked too and needed to be fixed first JFL. If that's the case, I'll get the jaw fixed first and later move to rhino.

It appears that you have a small skull overall compared to the average adult male, but you do not seem to have recession - everything is proportionate. You might benefit from sliding genioplasty, but probably not bimax.
