SHOULD I GET ERDAFITINIB 3MG TABLETS OR 4MG TABLETS???

basically I will be dosing my shit from 5 to 6mg, im unsure if I should get 3 or 4mg tablets.

if I get 3 ill be able to just take 2x3mg tablets and get 6mg of erda

with 4mgs however, it would be harder to dose the correct mg i want to take, as id have to take 4mg and split the other tablet to get to a total of 6mg. I could easily mess up and get a higher dose than wanted, or lower.. HOWEVER, i could take lower doses (4mg) in the beggining easier
