Should i get fillers before getting osteotomy surgeries

I have a upturnt recessed maxilla, and a chin that's slightly short. Thus i'm looking to get either bimax or lefort 1 in the future to hopefully improve my looks.
Should i get fillers first to see how i would look? Or will it just make me look weird and gay?

Definitely not, false expectations and all that. Although if you are like 99% of people on PSL you will never get jaw surgery anyway so maybe it's a good cope.
