Should i get fillers ?

Or should i just wage slvae for a chin implant and a jaw implant ?
I just want to increase my jaw width and i want sharper gonions in the front
I already can afford easily a chin implant
Or should i get a chin implant and get fillers into my gonions ?
Basically my chin is lacking a bit in vertical lenght and widht plus bad shape i have a roundish chin
