thats the issue, am quite lean already but mandible recession kills my submental

"quite lean" is not enough, you need to starve yourself like barrett and also do waterpulling. Wouldn't hurt to build some lean muscle as well so hop on PEDs while you're at it. Something simple like sarms would do the job

if done correctly itll appear as though your mandible is longer.
if the skin is stretched enough too itll tighten around your zygos and your submental and give you a more defined jaw and with a bit of luck hollows

looking at your arm I can clearly see you're not lean enough, not by a long shot. Leanmaxxing and having a six pack is not the same thing
