Should i get genio

My orthodontist told me to get genio, and i’m not sure if i should or not because first i’d like to wait a bit before i get a bunch of surgeries( inverted L osteotomy for the ramus, implants for the zygos and maybe a sliding genio) however it would be nice to “ascend” in high school and hopefully slay a bit more, anyways here’s a picture of me;

the glasses suit me well from my front profile i think and also i need help with my hair could you recommend something? idk what my hair type is and how to make it better
