I could be wrong, but as long as it does not touch the LF1 region I don't see why it would. As ccwarrior mentioned, simultaneously would be ideal - you'd also save money having only to go under once.

i have 2 surgeons, one is doing the jaw/maxilla and the other is willing to do the inframalar implants. also, is zso better (i think it's the same lol)?

What would even be the point of zso over malar implants? At least with bimax you’re moving your whole lower third forward, lips included, which jaw implants can’t accomplish
