Should I get infraorbital implants or chin implant

Gonna get surgery in a couple months. Definitely going to get fat grafting for uee but considering either a infraorbital implant or chin implant. The goal is maximum aesthesis. Of course I'm still going to do my own research and do consultations. A second opinion would be nice.

Infras seem like they’d be the only implants to help, a lefort of some sort is most likely needed as implant can’t fix you fully. Also rhinoplasty needed
