Should I get infraorbital malar implants with my bimax (pics)?

I'm planning to get bimax soon. Not scheduled yet but I've consulted with a few surgeons and got quotes and simulated results.
Pics linked below show how my side profile is expected to look post-op. Ignore the veiny looking lines as they are just some weird artifact in the 3D model.

Now I'm wondering if I'd benefit from some infraorbital malar implants to get some more projection in the midface.
Surgeons have said I'd benefit, but of course they would say that.
Originally, I thought I'd get the bimax and then reassess at a later date, but recently I've been thinking I could just do this all in one surgery, and just have one recovery period.

Midface augmentation seems to be contentious though, with a few different options all with their own cons.
Would custom implants be a worthy addition in my case, or am I better off with another option or simply saving my money? Adding more onto the bimax will require a loan / more saving :feelsbadman:

in my case I'll wait after the bimax heals and re-assess. simulations are not 100% accurate
