Instead of bimax could i get genio and paranasal implants or some combination to make the jaw and maxilla look more projected? Im not sure if my maxilla is recessed but i know my mandible is a bit recessed. Bimax just seems a little extreme being that i dont have severe recession so im hoping theres a way arround it. why dont think jaw angle implants would be worth it for my front and side profile. I agree about a rhino for sure as the tip is asymetrical. Thanks for the advice im just trying to understand better.Based on your side profile, you need jaw surgery (probably bimax + genio). The bottom part of your face is recessed. Hopefully jaw surgery can fix your downturned commissure ( = the corner of your lips point downward).
And, yes, a rhinoplasty could definitely improve your front profile, given the obvious asymmetry of the nostrils. It won't do much to the side profile, as you have a long nose, and it's better to leave its height mostly untouched for overall balance.
Not sure if implants are worth it in your case, despite your lack of mass, width, and angularity. Anyway, I wouldn't put them at the top of your list atp.

implants, are nearly contouring, they simply bring definition to areas and don't improve looks as much as a trimax. paranasal implants and genio isn't enough. Just do the bimax bro even if your maxilla isn't necessarily recessed its suboptimal and lefort 1 in combination with bsso is garuanteed to give you very satisfying results, not only in your profile but also occlusion and smile.Instead of bimax could i get genio and paranasal implants or some combination to make the jaw and maxilla look more projected? How do I find a surgeon that will do bimax for cosmetics it seems like most of them will only do it if there’s functional issues or severe recession.implants, are nearly contouring, they simply bring definition to areas and don't improve looks as much as a trimax. paranasal implants and genio isn't enough. Pagnoni, Ramieri, they might deny you since like you said you might not even be a surgical case but they do offer aesthetic movements compared to regular surgeons, they both offer to place jaw and malar implants during surgery, and then there’s giant ofcourse that offers to design surgery to anyone with mild malocclusion/reccesionHow do I find a surgeon that will do bimax for cosmetics it seems like most of them will only do it if there’s functional issues or severe recession.
yeah i feel like it will be hard to get a surgeon to do bimax but if i can i’ll do it. If i can’t tho what do you reccomendPagnoni, Ramieri, they might deny you since like you said you might not even be a surgical case but they do offer aesthetic movements compared to regular surgeons, they both offer to place jaw and malar implants during surgery, and then there’s giant ofcourse that offers to design surgery to anyone with mild malocclusion/reccesion
