You're literally 40 IQ. Why do you think filler has largely replaced implants as the go-to solution in most cases? If you lack a lot of mass obviously filler won't help, but that's not the case for OP.

I won't bother discussing with you, you can use Google and read over 3.000 different peer reviewed studies that discuss how PEEK Implants cause bone resorption and filler, when used in small amounts and non-frequently injected, don't.

But why? It's the principle of fillers being placed in soft tissue vs fillers being placed on top of bone ligaments. If you get fillers placed in the soft tissue around your zygo arch you're retarded and they will migrate. If you get it placed on top of your bone they anatomically cannot migrate.

So I don't see the difference between jaw and zygo fillers since they're both placed on the bone, if the injector isn't retarded.

Is your hairline receded? I cannot tell from the pic. If it's receded there's low chance minoxidil will work. But u have some options like hair system, transplant, finasteride etc
