ophtalmologist on reddit said the risk of complications from wearing contacts is higher than lasikI'm scared that something would go wrong and ruin my life
I've read some horror stories on Reddit, I know these cases are rare but what if I end up as one of these people.

do it 100%, so glad i did. theres a 99% chance you wont have any complications
I had it a month ago, no side effects besides higher sensitivity to chemicals and oils around eye
idk like 24How old were you when you did it?
PRK has less chance of something going wrong from what I've read, I got normal LASIK and don't regret it all OPtfw you're not a candidate for LASIK and have to get PRK instead.
Its exceedingly rare to happen. Have in mind you'll have a corneal flap that might come off because it was weakened structurally but as I said before its beyond rare, but never 0%. Anyways, just go for someone who has done a lot of them and you'll be good.I'm scared that something would go wrong and ruin my life
