Depends on the tan, it would be hard for us to say without pics.

But green is very versatile since it looks natural on white and black people.

imo a40 or a50 is the best eye colour with tan, a10 looks good when hair is extremely blonde but a40/50 are super striking when contrasted with tan skin

Green i'd say. But honestly eye color is over rated anyway. It's more so about the eye shape, symmetry, eyebrows, eyebrow ridge and ect ect

Depends, hazel, blue and green are ideal and than you still have people with t30s and above and they look terrible.

my bidelts are at 21inches at 17 im aiming for 24-26

Depends, blue and green are both abstract and get attention far easier than brown eyes and basically compliment farm. Between the two for contacts I think a dark blue is the best as it looks natural unless you can find green contacts that actually look natural.

Dark brown is dominance maxxing and while you prolly won’t get compliments if it gets good facial harmony girls will be 10x wetter around you than wirh blue/green.

Blue is the most talked about, but when it comes to green I have only ever heard of them being the most attractive statistically
