So im 17 180 cm and 71kg, for a while now I've been wanting to get leaner for the soul purpose of losing face fat and Maybe start seeing my facial bones. But something in my gut kept telling me that it was a bad idea to do so. When I say I wanna get lean im talking about being on a 500-1000 calorie deficit daily. Ive also fed my self cope like "I still have baby fat in my face" which might be true, but i read somewhere all of your baby fat disappears after 16. What do you guys suggest me to do? (Also forgot to mention im skinny fat)
