Bro 5 inches are not possible on femur segment and I can't do both femur and tibia as it will be very costly

depend if u have a long torso its alr if u have balanced upper and lower body that alr too but if u have a high center of gravity that will look strange

Another thing that is preferable to keep around 1 is the ratio between the length of your torso+head and your legs. If you already have long legs compared to your torso you can also risk becoming disproportionate.
