Risks are overexaggerated as long as you don't do it in India. LL will turn you from an eternal boy into a man. In all seriousness, you are at an actual height range where it would be beneficial.
However, I'm not a fan of single LL because you don't gain that much and get fucked up proportions. Real men do double LL.

No. Just fucking don’t. I’m 5’10 and I’ve used lifts before to reach 6/6’1. No real difference as chadlite/chad. Focus on the face and wear a 1/2 inch lift if you really want to but even that I don’t bother with anymore.
